Shipping policy

Shipping is available worldwide.

Please allow 1-2 days for standard orders to be processed and dispatched.

Orders will be dispatched Monday - Friday only. Weekend orders will be shipped the following business day.

Delivery times are not in our control and will depend on the courier.

Australian Shipping

Australian standard shipping is free on all orders.

Express shipping is available at a flat rate of A$15 or free for orders over $400.

International shipping

For international orders we use Australia Post.

International shipping is available at a flat rate of $45AUD.

International orders may be subjected to import duties and taxes, which are calculated once a shipment arrives in your country.

Please note: Any fees and taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the customer. If you choose to return your order, these fees are non-refundable.

Please contact your local customs authority for applicable rates and charges as these vary between countries.

U.S Shipping

U.S. orders are subject to a 50% handling fee per item due to tariffs and penalties applied to Indian-made goods. These costs are imposed at customs and do not include international shipping charges. You can read more about this on our blog.
