Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

In order for returns to be accepted, items must be full price, in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their original tags attached.

We do not exchange, you will need to return the item/s, obtain a refund (provided the goods are in the acceptable condition) and then purchase your item.

If items are returned in breach of these conditions they will not be accepted for a refund and your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge.

Return postage is at the cost of the customer and the customers responsibility. Please provide tracking as we are not accountable for lost or stolen parcels. 

Sale items are not eligible for a refund/return so please choose carefully and consult our size guide and specific notes on each garment for an accurate fit.

For returns within Australia, we can provide a returns slip for a flat rate of $10 which will be deducted from your refund total.
